Citron (Dabbakaya) Pickle
Belonging to the family of Citron before and the family of Avakays after the pickles is made, this pickle is of a lemony tang. The materials sourced from the Krishna District go through an exquisite preparation and then added to the Jandhyala Spices including our own methi podi.
Lightly fibrous yet very much part of the Avakaya family, this citrusy and spicy pickle is ruby red in color and goes marvelously with Sambar and Dal. Also Known as Indian Grapefruit or Naar Thangai in Tamil.
