Ginger Garlic Avakaya
Just like the Thousand Pillar Temple, Yadagirigutta and Charminar, Telangana has specialty too..their own version of the Avakay- The Ginger Garlic Avakay. Keeping up with colorful traditions of Telangana, this particular Avakaya is added to a specific type of “Popu '', a secret seasoning of sorts.
Ginger and Garlic are put through a process that cleans them as well making sure that they give the perfect taste later on. With less mustard and the addition of jeera, the resulting pickle is just refreshingly different and yet true to the unrestrained spirit of Telangana.
