Gongura Red Chilli
Gongura Red Chilli is the most favourite pickle of Andhra. The traditional recipe is just perfect! straight from a mother's kitchen to your dinner table. This Guntur oriented pickle is another of the Jandhyala Originals.
The salted gongura and salted red chilli is mixed and made into a paste that is then added seasoning. This flaky pickle has the unique touch of inguva and the special seasoning of Jandhyala Pickles. This pickle is a dry leafy green with red flakes and tastes eclectically like the mix of spicy Korivi Karam and nutty Gongura.
